Our vision

Preparation

A smooth project stands or falls with good preparation. We help you identify where the pain points are in the current process. Is the mapping clear? Have all year-end corrections been booked by the bookkeeper? Together we take care of the overview.

Commitment

From all stakeholders. You cannot completely outsource a financial reporting project. You yourself are involved in building, checking the figures and sorting out discrepancies. This requires commitment from all sides to avoid unnecessary delays.

Clear agreements

When someone asks you what the status of a project is, you need to be able to give an immediate answer. Clear agreements, a good project overview, and a clear list of to-dos help with this.

Our approach

Analysis

Before our projects begin, we conduct a scoping and analysis session to identify what problems our clients have and which of these problems we will solve – possibly in different phases – during the project. Our experience in 150+ projects enables us to put ourselves in the shoes of the Financials sitting across the table from us.

1

Structuring

During this phase, we work with our clients to identify which reporting structures and business structures are relevant during the implementation of the tooling.

2

Data collection

What data do we need and where should this data come from? This is an important question. At Arithma, we look beyond the technical side of data disclosure when answering. Together with the client, we also determine who is responsible for the delivery and validation of this data. This way we make sure that we find the right solution for everyone in our tooling.

3

Data enrichment

Our clients often operate in different countries, and our tooling often serves different reporting purposes – consider, for example, the distinction between statutory and management reporting. To serve all interests, data enrichment is often necessary. Currency conversion, allocations, correction layers and eliminations, it’s all possible. We help you to use the best and most efficient way.

4

Report

In addition to implementing intuitive and easy-to-operate tooling, reports are often end products of our projects. Depending on the type of information and the stakeholder in question, we determine the right output together with our clients. These include Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI.

5

Documentation

We believe that documentation of decisions made and recording of processes is an integral part of any (implementation) project. In this way, we don’t just think about the short term but try to leave behind a sustainable solution.
